Curated by Dee ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.curatedbydee.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Domestic Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
We operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
If there are delays to processing or shipping your orders, we will contact you via email or phone.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Delivery Estimates and Shipping Rates
Typically, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
International Shipping Policy
We thank you for your interest, however, we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
Returns and Refunds
Returns
Unfortunately, Curated by Dee, LLC is not able to accommodate returns. Given the curated products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged and Lost
Curated by Dee, LLC is not liable for products or packaging is lost or damage in-transit. If you find your package is damaged or lost in-transit, we will do the following:
Lost
If the carrier has reported the package as delivered, please let us know at hello@curatedbydee.com. You will need to file a claim with the carrier as lost. We will process a refund or a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost in-transit.
Damaged
If the package is damaged in-transit, please let us know at hello@curatedbydee.com. You will need to file a claim with the carrier showing all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. We will process a refund or a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the package damaged in-transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your damage claim, we will review and let you know if the refund will be processed or not. Refunds will be processed to:

A refund your original payment method (NOTE: It can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company to process the refund)

Receive a store credit for a future purchase

A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note, Curated by Dee, LLC will refund the value of the damaged/lost goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Other Items
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
